How it Works

Registration

Sign up as a mentor or a mentee and complete the application form. Once your application is reviewed and accepted, you'll receive a welcome email with further instructions on how to proceed.

Membership

As a mentee, you can choose between a 6-month or a 1-year membership. The fee for a 6-month membership is IDR 300,000, while the cost for a 1-year membership is IDR 500,000. Membership can be renewed at the end of the term, enabling you to keep enjoying the program's resources and support.
Mentors are not required to pay any membership fees.

Profile Creation

After we receive and confirm your payment, you'll be directed to create an engaging profile. It's important to provide accurate information and a real photograph of yourself. Doing so will enhance the effectiveness of the matching process.

Introduction Session

You will be required to attend an introductory session with senior mentors. This is an opportunity to familiarize yourself with the program and receive assistance in setting your goals.

Matching

This is your chance to select and connect with your mentor(s) to express your interests, objectives, and agree upon the method and preference of communication.

Begin your mentorship

For the duration of your mentorship, you will go through a structured journey designed to maximize your growth and development. You'll engage in a series of interactive sessions, workshops, and one-on-one meetings with your mentor, each tailored to address your specific goals and aspirations.

From mentee to mentor

Upon completion of your mentorship, you are invited and encouraged to serve as mentor to new mentees entering the program. This opportunity allows you to pass on the invaluable knowledge and insights you have gained, creating a ripple effect of growth and support throughout the community. By stepping into the mentor role, you will further refine your leadership and communication skills, all while making a meaningful impact on the next generation of mentees.

House Rules for Mentors and Mentees

To ensure a successful and meaningful mentorship experience, it is important for both mentors and mentees to adhere to these guidelines:

Respect and Professionalism

Always communicate with respect and maintain professional behavior. Treat each other with kindness and courtesy, acknowledging and valuing diverse perspectives and experiences.

Confidentiality

Safeguard the privacy of shared information. Discussions between mentors and mentees should remain confidential unless explicit permission is given to share specific details.

Commitment to Scheduled Meetings

Honor your scheduled meetings and be punctual. If you need to reschedule, provide ample notice and propose alternative times to meet, ensuring that the mentorship relationship remains consistent and reliable.

Active Participation and Engagement

Be proactive in your mentorship journey. Whether you're a mentor or a mentee, actively participate in sessions and engage with the materials and activities provided. Bring your questions, insights, and feedback to the table.

Open Communication

Maintain open and honest communication. If there are any concerns or issues, address them constructively and promptly. A transparent dialogue fosters a more effective and rewarding mentorship experience for both parties.
